FMG is seeking an experienced corporate marketing professional to attract qualified business prospects requiring national and global level solutions, enhance the company’s reputation on a national level and assist on business development and proposal efforts. Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing, this position will be a contributing member of the team that initiates first contact with business prospects and partners and plays a vital role in accelerating the growth of Fors Marsh Group in several key strategic markets and capabilities.

Core Areas of Focus
Lead FMG’s marketing and content development program and staff that promotes FMG’s people, business processes, social impact, expert insights, corporate values and client success.
Establish a formal customer relationship management system and manage the content creation for external communications.
Collaborate with business development and marketing to create effective marketing materials and improve the company’s website effectiveness in generating new business leads and high-quality job candidates.
Develop and manage the communication efforts to recruit and retain a nation-wide community of panelist who participate in online surveys and in-person focus groups.
Promote FMG’s B Corp status, Community Involvement Team (CIT) and Social Engagement through Research-centered Volunteerism (SERV) volunteer and social responsibility activities conducted in keeping with corporate values and B Corp certification and participation.
Manage the external marketing of the company to increase corporate reputation and prospect lead generation Oversee technology related to external and internal marketing and communication, to include a customer management relation, content management, social media content posting.
Identify and manage company involvement in industry events, trade shows and hiring fairs Manage a calendar of internal and external communications topics and content Coordinate the writing and posting of white papers, blog posts and emails to external audiences Create demand for FMG’s expert speakers and market-related content Establish metrics and track progress against goals of continuous communication improvement Internal Communications
Guide the development and execution of internal communications plans that better connect our growing office locations to each other and the company’s value and values Produce weekly and monthly e-newsletters, ensuring information successfully reaches all offices and staff working remotely and on client sites Improve and maintain the company’s intranet website Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as an intranet, videos, email, annual reports, external marketing material Experience Required or Preferred:
Minimum of six years’ experience in formal and successful marketing or communications programs for companies working on a national level Leading search engine optimization and paid search engine and online marketing required to increase visibility and website visits Producing successful business-to-business email marketing programs to generate qualified leads and content acquisition Managing customer relationship management software for medium sized businesses to accurately track and successfully engage prospects, clients and partners Building successful public relations campaigns to gain mentions in leading business media.
